FAQS
What is the 'last-mile'?
The ‘last-mile’ is the final part of a delivery process that is transporting a product to a customer or destination. It is often the most challenging part of a supply chain as it involves customer/client interaction.
The product may be coming from a warehouse, central production unit (CPU) or distribution hub.
ROUTD simplifies this complex process by creating visibility for all stakeholders.
