Tevin is an entrepreneur and philanthropist with over two decades of experience in logistics and technology. At Routd, he leads the company’s vision and direction, building a platform now trusted by global organisations. He is recognised among the Top 100 Most Influential Black Britons, received the Freedom of the City of London in 2025, and supports young people from disadvantaged backgrounds through The Tobun Foundation. When he’s not building businesses, you’ll find him watching a game of football or polo.

Aamir is a Big 4-trained Chartered Accountant with dual fellowship qualifications (FCA – ICAP, ACA – ICAEW) and over 20 years of international finance experience across the UK and Gulf regions. At Routd, he leads on financial strategy, bringing a track record of aligning finance with operational growth across complex, multi-site structures. His career spans senior finance roles across group structures covering 28 locations.
Jonathan Wright

Jonathan has spent the better part of two decades helping some of the UK’s largest food and logistics networks run better – leading teams through everything from major acquisitions to national supply crises. He has held executive roles at Foodbuy (Compass UK & Ireland) where he led commercial and supply chain strategy across one of the UK’s largest procurement organisations. At Routd, he leads commercial strategy and growth – building client relationships and partnerships that bring the platform to the organisations that need it most. When he’s not working, you’ll find him training for the World Marathon Majors, on a ski slope, or trying to catch a wave somewhere.

Mark has spent over two decades leading complex, multi-site operations across industrial vending, supply chain, and inventory management – including scaling the Rubix/Brammer’s European vending programme to more than 1,000 machines across 13 countries and leading a 250-person Intelligent Inventory manufacturing business, spanning nine countries. At Routd, he oversees operations and growth, bringing rare hands-on experience of building and running exactly the kind of programmes the platform supports.

Marcel brings 15+ years experience across technology, consulting, and data strategy, having worked with start-ups and blue-chip organisations across the UK, China, and North America in sectors ranging from investment banking to FMCG. At Routd, he leads the North American smart vending operation, applying his data and technology expertise to drive the programme’s expansion across the region. He also serves as a portfolio board member for private and charitable organisations in Canada and the UK.
Marcel brings 15+ years experience across technology, consulting, and data strategy, having worked with start-ups and blue-chip organisations across the UK, China, and North America in sectors ranging from investment banking to FMCG. Herman is a CPA with more than 15 years of experience across Big Four consulting, M&A advisory, financial due diligence, enterprise valuation, restructuring, and private capital. At Routd, he leads financial strategy and commercial planning, helping bring institutional-grade financial discipline to a fast-scaling technology business. He holds both a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Accounting from the University of West Georgia and is based in Atlanta.

Outside the office, she’s happiest at a comedy show or a musical – ideally both in the same weekend.
